The Lenovo AP Presidents Club holds an annual event to recognise and celebrate the success of their most outstanding talent. The prestigious event has the highest requirements for any of Lenovo's regional events, months of planning go into ensuring that every single detail of the experience is flawless and guests are treated to an event like no other.
Event Website + EDM Campaigns
Crackler has worked in collaboration with 35DN & EWM to deliver the event website and EDM campaigns for the Lenovo AP President's Club annual events since 2023.
The projects guide invitees through a secure portal into a WordPress Multisite for obtaining information about the event and surrounding travel in their preferred language. A purpose built UX allows users to access the event program, streamline travel arrangements and access a variety of packages for enhancing their stay.
AI chat bots and language translators have been configured to enhance the functionality and allow users to explore information about the evnts and locations via different channels.
