Eco Intimates was well established before Crackler joined the party. The brand had found its feet and lived through prosperous times, but the owner was aware of the fast changing digital landscape and a need to evolve with this.
Crackler was engaged to audit and optimise the brand's digital presence. Our work included an overhaul of Google Ads to expand reach, optimising social media advertising campaigns, implementing strategies to grow and engage their EDM database and social media followers, optimising their Shopify website and developing seasonal campaign strategies, marketing plans and reporting methodologies to provide a more streamlined approach.
